Yes, you must have Internet access on your cell phone to use all the features of this service. If you do not have Internet access please contact your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.

What happens if I can't access the URL?

Please be sure you have web access through your mobile device. If you do not, then please contact your service provider. If you do have Internet capabilities and cannot access, we suggest going to through your cell phone to download their mobile web browser application.
