The ALL NEW Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app will be available to download on March 19, 2024.

For our current NetTeller online banking and BRB Mobile app users, please be sure that you know your username and password. The updated app and online platform will use the same login credentials!  


Bill Pay is a service that allows you to set up recurring and one-time payments. You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment, and which account you want the payment to come from. It's safe, secure, and easy to use. 

Simply put, an eStatement is an electronic version of your monthly bank statement. With identity theft at an all-time high, eStatements help reduce your risk of falling victim - get instant access to your account information securely online and it never has to sit in an unsecured mailbox again. 
 
Deposit checks directly from your mobile device*! Just choose the account to deposit  the funds, take a photo of the front and back of the check, and you're done! You’ll be notified when the funds are available. It is simple, safe, and secure! 
 
 
*Mobile deposit is only available through the Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app. To enroll, user must be a Blue Ridge Bank and Trust customer for at least 30 days; account must be in good standing; and user must be enrolled in online banking.
Want to get notified when certain activities occur in your account? Set up is simple with customized alerts for account balances, incoming funds, and payment transactions. Choose to receive alerts by text, email, or push notification. 

Use your Blue Ridge Bank and Trust debit card from your mobile device's digital wallet to make a contactless payment. It's safe, secure, and so convenient! 

Much like a physical wallet, a digital wallet is a single place to store your credit and debit cards on your smart device. Simply add a card to the app, and you can use your device to make payments online and in-person where contactless payments are accepted.

Another great way to access your Blue Ridge Bank and Trust accounts 24/7, Telephone Banking is free and easy! Transfer funds, check a balance, make a loan payment, get bank information, report a lost or stolen credit or debit card, and more.

Here's how to use Telephone Banking: 

  1. Call 816-358-BANK (2265) from any touch-tone phone.
  2. Select an option and then enter your account number (e.g. Press 1 to hear your checking account balance, then enter your checking account number.)
  3. Enter your personal identification number (PIN). The first time you use telephone banking, you will need to establish your PIN. You will be asked to enter your 9-digit Social Security Number and then set up a 6-digit PIN. You will then use this number on all future inquiries. You do have the option to change your PIN at any time.
