To Enroll

To enroll:

  • Login to the Mobile App
  • Under the Menu, tap "Text Banking"
  • Enter your mobile number and tap "Agree"
  • You will receive a pop-up message indicating successful enrollment

This product is available to Online Banking users who have downloaded the Mobile App to their smartphone.

Text Banking Commands

Send Text Banking commands to 39257. If you're not sure what command to use, text HELP to 39257.

COMMANDS  Text Request  Description
 Balance (ALL) BAL  Balances for all enrolled accounts
 Balance (Per Acct)  BAL + Acct BAL + LAST FOUR DIGITS OF ACCOUNT
(BAL 3465) or BAL + 4 digit pseudo name
 History (ALL)  HIST  History (Last 5) for all enrolled accounts
 History (Per Acct)  HIST + Acct  HIST + LAST FOUR DIGITS OF ACCOUNT
(HIST 3465) or HIST + 4 digit pseudo name
 Transfer  XFER  XFER (space) FROM ACCT (space) TO ACCT (space) AMOUNT
(Transfer between Active SMS Accounts)
Example: XFER 1234 6321 5.00
 Help  HELP Returns all available commands 
 Suspend  STOP  Stop service for enrolled user. User cannot receive account information.
