To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card after hours:
Please call 1-800-264-5578.
Now offering an automated Hot Card feature available in both English and Spanish. To use this feature choose Option 1 - Hot Card Services. You will be prompted to enter the following fields:
- Card number for the card to be Hot Carded
- Expiration date for the card to be Hot Carded
- Card status (lost or stolen) for the card to be Hot Carded
If you do not know your card number, you will be prompted to enter three of the following five fields:
- Primary cardholder's phone number
- Last 4 digits of primary cardholder's Social Security number
- Primary cardholder's date of birth
- Primary cardholder's ZIP code
- Primary cardholder's street number
If You Suspect Fraudulent Activity:
If you believe you have responded to a fraudulent e-mail or have given your personal information to a scammer, contact our Customer Service Center at 816-358-5000.
Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co. will NEVER ask you to verify personal information via email, nor will we call you and request information over the telephone. Read emails carefully and DO NOT click on any links you are unsure about.
The new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) website - IdentityTheft.gov - can help you report and recover from identity theft. They will walk you through each recovery step and help you put a plan in action.
Due to increased debit card fraud, there may be travel restrictions in some states you are visiting that could impact the use of your Blue Ridge Bank Debit MasterCard®. Please call 816-358-5000 (during business hours) before traveling to ensure your card is not blocked. For international travel, please allow 24-hour notice.
- Domestic Travelers - If you are traveling inside the United States and experience problems with your debit card, please call 1-866-842-5208.
- International Travelers - If you are traveling outside the United States and experience problems with your debit card, please call Toll Free 1-412-552-2697.
